BP118: Use the right time zone
Your users will very likely be working from a different time zone than the server is located in. So store all the date and time fields in UTC and then recalculate it to local date and time when you display the fields.
Also do not forget that people are travelling a lot so the local time zone could even be changing. Test for these scenarios.
