When you select a rectangular shape, click a button Different radius for each corner in Property Inspector. Then set the values of Top Left Corner Radius, Top Right Corner Radius, Bottom Right Corner Radius and Bottom Left Corner Radius individually.
Another way how to achieve the same thing is to hold Alt key and drag the dot that modifies corner radius within a rectangular shape.
