How to display an additional column in the test case grid?

It is very useful to add additional columns to the grid that contains list of test cases. Click Column options button above the grid, click Add a column, select the column and hit OK.

Note that this functionality is available accross whole Azure DevOps so use it to customize grids to display what you need to see. Don't be afraid to customize Azure DevOps to your needs.
