Can ChatGPT recognize and respond to multiple users in a group conversation?

ChatGPT is capable of processing and generating responses to multiple user inputs in a group conversation. However, it does not have the capability to recognize and identify individual users in a conversation unless explicitly programmed to do so. Therefore, it may not be able to provide personalized responses to each user based on their previous interactions with ChatGPT.
