You need to ensure that some blobs are not removed for 5 years from Azure Storage Accoun. Not even the administrator can remove the data. How can you achieve this?

Answer
Use Time-based retention access policy.
Using this policy you can make a blob immutable and for a specified period of time (retention period) you won't be able to delete data. After the retention period expires data can be deleted but it is still immutable.
