How do you install a WSL distro to a different drive?

Answer
Run the following from he command-line
wsl --export <YourFileName>
Then duplicate the distro by running
wsl --import <DistroName> <Location> <YourFileName>
Then unregister the original distro by running
wsl --unregister <OldDistroName>
