- Sign in to Azure Portal
- Go to Azure Monitor - Alerts
- Create a New Alert Rule
- In Scope, filter by Resource Type, select Management lock (locks)
- Select the subscription, click Done
- In the Condition, select Delete management locks, click Done
- Click Add action groups, Create action group
- In Notifications, select Email/SMS message/Push/Voice, check Azure app Push notifications, fill in Notification name
- Fill in Alert rule name
- Click Create alert rule
